The German Sdkfz251/1 was the main armoured halftrack of the German army in World War 2. Often referred to as 'Hanomag', after its main manufacturer, 22 variants were produced, the infantry carrier version here being by far the most common. This model is an example of the early model, produced up to 1942, after which a simplified and slab sided rear faced version was adopted.
