Our postage rates (in GBP) are £3.50 to the UK, £6.50 to Europe and £10 to the rest of the world.

While we aim to send orders out by the same working day and usually succeed in doing so, sometimes unavoidable delays occur: weather, bank holidays, industrial action and suchlike.  So, while we generally get your order to you in a few days, for orders shipped within the UK you need to allow 21 days for delivery, 31 days for Europe and 6 weeks for all other destinations.  However, this is a very rare occurrence indeed. If it hasn't arrived by that time, you should email on anschlusspublishing@gmail or telephone 07515 260 160 and we'll sort it out.

In the unlikely case of something going wrong, your first contact should be our Email. 

Missing items, damaged goods or any other problems should be reported either by email or by post within 14 working days of receipt. The items may be returned for a full refund (including postage) or replacement. Anschluss publishing Ltd will make every effort to replace damaged goods but if replacement is not possible, or if an order is cancelled for any other reason, Anschluss publishing Ltd’s only obligation shall be to refund the full purchase price of the items.
