Initial design for the M10 started in 1942. When entering service in September 1942 it became the most prolific tank destroyer. Lightly armoured and open topped, it mounted a 76.2mm 3” gun, and with a maximum speed of 30mph it used this nimbleness to offer some aid in ‘shoot and scoot’ tactics. Nearly 5000 were produced by the end of the war. The M10 served in the British army,, and a small number went to Russia as Lend Lease vehicles.
The quality of this model is outstanding, and continues our reputation for 28mm quality at 12mm scale, and are the best value you will find in the scale.
