The German Falkvierling 38 Quad 20mm AA gun was a fearsome weapon, both in the anti aircraft role and as a ground support weapon. (The word 'Vierling' means in German 'quadruple')
Produced from 1940 to 1945 this versatile weapon was used both as a towed weapon, mounted on trucks and halftracks, on ferries and also later marks of U Boats!
In its AA role it was deadly at up to 2000 metres against Allied aircraft and when mounted on a Panzer IV chassis, as a Wirblewind, provided an AA umbrella for armoured formations.
This is the towed version, and comes with a crew of three.
