Field gun batteries where used throughout the American civil War from the first day to the last. In the case of these rules they would mostly have been the batteries of army units along a river bank .This battery is represented by 4 guns but could be anything up to 6 if so desired.
This model is of a 1/600 scale Union or Confederate field gun battery. Field gun batteries where usually of quite light guns and were of anything that could be driven int battle by a team of horses. Usually about 12pdr of similar size guns. This is a generic battery and you can use anything that would be on a horse drawn carriage.
